Group Therapy

While individual therapy is an excellent tool for getting to know our self, Group, allows us to explore who we are in relation to others.  Even if we prefer to live a more introverted lifestyle, we still have basic needs to be and feel connected to others.  Group therapy offers the opportunity explore your own relational dynamics, feel supported by others sharing similar experiences, and ask others for feedback about you.  And, your participation in group  allows you to helps others by sharing your insights and life experiences.  


Understanding One's Self in Relationships

Are you struggling to maintain meaningful or satisfying relationships?  Do you feel confused about fitting in?  Or, do you simply want a more meaningful way to connect with others and learn about your self?  Understanding One's Self in Relationships is a mixed gender group of professionals, age 30+, who are developing interpersonal awareness and seeking to understand who they truly are, and what roles they take in relation to others.   Participants work on their own individual concerns, and also share a commitment to helping one another with developing healthier, more fulfilling personal relationships.
